One of his favorite golfing adventures was playing with Bob Feller, the famous pitcher from the Cleveland Indians. Bob was also a prolific artist and enjoyed painting Western scenes as well as comical scenes from life.
Bob was a 32nd degree Mason and was active for many years collecting many distinguished titles along the way. He was also a long-time member and supporter of Ducks Unlimited.
In 1997, Bob and his wife Linda moved to Lexington, TN, to assist Linda’s parents when their health declined. They eventually joined First Baptist Church where Bob served as president of the Jack Hay Sunday School Class.
Bob was a devoted husband, a supportive stepdad, and a great “Pop” to his grandkids. He was a master storyteller of true events and comical adventures, which his family asked him to tell repeatedly.
Preceding Bob in death was his first wife Julie (Panzel) Teaman in 1989, his parents Thomas and Matilda (Wallace) Teaman, and his brothers Thomas and Richard Teaman. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda (Green, Baird) Teaman; two stepchildren Juliet (Scott) Reed of Cabot, AR and Clayton (Andrea) Baird of Memphis, TN; niece Sara Baird; grandchildren Nathan Aulisio, Juliana Aulisio, Isabel Aulisio, Colynn Reed, Riley Reed, Cody Reed, Jack Haverfield, Lily Haverfield, Tristan Baird, and Ellie Waddell, and his brother Harvey (Marilyn) Teaman of San Antonio, TX; as well as many other nieces and nephews. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Bob’s family will celebrate his life in a private memorial service in order to ensure the safety of family and friends who loved him dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that everyone protect themselves and others by wearing facial coverings and socially distancing.
