James Elliott Williams, Born December 14th, 1934 in Yuma, Tennessee. Passed away September 28th, 2021 in Lexington, Tennessee. James was married and had five children. Survived by Diane Guess, Judy Sims, grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of family members and friends. In loving memory, James Elliott Williams lived his life to the fullest with no regrets.
